The NestléConnect.ca program allows eligible vendors to submit claims online for expired or damaged products.

The program includes eligible Nestlé Confectionary chocolate, beverage and nutrition products.

No Ice cream, frozen products, or water is included. These products are exempt from the program.: Contact us here for more details on how to manage your concern.

If we haven’t answered your question from the above documents, you can send your inquiry to our support team by clicking on Contact/Support (support@nestleconnect.ca). Please include the following information in your email:

- Store Name
- Store Number
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Transaction reference ID# (9 digit that you received from the portal, if you have already submitted a claim)
- Detailed explanation of your question/issue

or call our toll-free number at 1-877-772-0012 and leave a voice message with the above same information.
